I’ve hosted and produced Fireside Chat since 2013 — over 420 episodes and counting — so I know what it takes to launch a show and, more importantly, to keep it going. As an instructor, I’ve been working out what AI means in a real classroom, with real students, every semester. As a consultant, I bring that same practical, non-alarmist approach to your organization: what to use, what to skip, and how to set expectations for your people.

Every engagement starts the same way: a discovery call. It’s a no-pressure conversation where we talk through what you’re trying to accomplish and figure out whether I’m the right fit. If I’m not, I’ll tell you — and point you in a better direction if I can.

From there, engagements typically take one of three shapes:
